Rosa Bada is the owner of the cheese factory. Her profession runs in the family. Her grandparents started making Cabrales cheese and then her mother continued the activity. She experienced the production of blue cheese since she was little and twenty years ago she decided to set up her own business “Quesería los Puertos” in Poo de Cabrales, with which she has already won various awards.
