La Peral is a family cheese factory founded in 1923 by Mr. Antonio León Álvarez, who has since been hand-making La Peral cheese - from cow's milk - and Peralzola - from sheep's milk -, both blue and moldy cheeses. , noble and matured in a natural cellar, located under the cheese factory itself.
