For over 40 years, this confectionery has been making traditional Asturian sweet and savoury products of the highest quality in their workshop in Cornellana (Asturias).
Ana Menéndez began her career as a pastry chef creating her famous Carajitos and Casadiellas in a completely artisanal way, using only family recipes passed down from generation to generation, until they became two of the most typical sweets of Asturias and which are currently considered "ambassadors" of our region.
